Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

At Gopal Communication, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our refurbished and pre-owned devices. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and warranty coverage.
1. Return & Replacement Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition — unused and undamaged.
- All accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase are included.
- No signs of physical, liquid, or accidental damage.
Returns will be accepted only after inspection. If the returned item fails quality checks, it will be sent back to the customer.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees, COD charges, and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched. After shipment, cancellation will not be possible. You may still return the product after delivery as per our return policy.
4. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the product is defective or not functioning as expected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet all return conditions. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or replacement unit will be provided.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide an unboxing video as proof. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Warranty Terms
Every refurbished device purchased from Gopal Communication comes with a 180-day limited hardware warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty applies only to hardware-related issues, including:
- Battery defects
- Motherboard or display malfunction
- Charging or internal hardware faults
The warranty does not cover:
- Software-related issues or app malfunctions
- Accidental, physical, or water damage
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches or dents
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or rooting/jailbreaking
7. Warranty Void Conditions
- If the device has been serviced by an unauthorized technician or repair center.
- If the IMEI or serial number has been altered, removed, or tampered with.
- If signs of water damage, internal corrosion, or mishandling are detected.
8. Legal & Compliance Notice
Gopal Communication fully adheres to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. All devices sold are clearly identified as refurbished or pre-owned with transparent video disclosure at the time of sale.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that the device is pre-owned or refurbished and accepts minor usage signs, if any, as part of normal refurbishment standards.
Customers are strongly advised to record a video during unboxing to confirm safe delivery and the presence of all accessories. Claims related to missing accessories or damage during delivery may not be processed without this proof.
We reserve the right to decline warranty or refund requests in cases where:
- The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- The product was used under extreme or improper conditions.
- Physical or water damage occurred after dispatch.
