Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

• Products can only be returned within 2 days of purchase after checking all valid details .

• Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging will be eligible for return.

• You must present the original bill/invoice at the time of return.

• Items like SIM cards, data packs, recharge services, or digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed for eligible returned items as per our return policy.

• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or as shop credit, as applicable.

• It may take 1–3 working days to process the refund after product inspection.

3. Exchange Policy

• Items that are eligible for return can also be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

• SIM cards, mobile recharges, digital services

• Opened/used mobile accessories (e.g., earphones, chargers, etc.)

• Items damaged due to misuse or physical damage after purchase

Note: The final decision for return/refund lies with the store manager based on product condition and purchase history.
